Soltron (aka Sol) presents Afterlife: a daring exhibition of one man's nightmare of life after death. Pieces are presented on everything from tracing paper to slabs of wood, symbolizing this world fleeting grasp between reality and dreams. Acrylic, gauche, and pencil crayon are often applied with deliberate struggle, showing harmony in turmoil, light in darkness, beauty in resistance. His presence as an artist can only be described, for lack of a better word, as BIG. And as one stands in fear and amazement, a humbling apprehension takes hold, and makes us ask, is this a vision of the afterlife, or a heightened sense of the present?
